Toppers are a piece of cardstock cut perfectly to fit the size of your grad cap that will have your design on it. Adhesive strips are included for application of the topper to your grad cap.

The background counts as a color, the minimum color count for a design is 2 -Rhinestone Image + wording designs will be placed on a plain or glitter background
