Q: Can you feel the glitter in the lip gloss? 

A: No, the glitter is micro fine leaving the gloss smooth.

Q: If I don't like my product can I have a refund? 

A: No refunds are given unless there was an error on my part such as sending the wrong product.

Q: Does the glitter come off of the lighters and small stash jars? 

A: No, the glitter lighters and stash jars are like any other glitter product you may purchase. There will be a few sparkles that come off here and there, but your product will always be sparkly! 

Q: Does my photo have to be a selfie for a portrait? 

A: Yes! If you decide to purchase a pencil portrait, the photo you send must be a selfie. It also must be a selfie with nothing covering your face in anyway, such a fingers, objects, food etc.
