Q: How do I submit my photos after purchase?

A: All photos and other design details can be emailed to [email protected] or Direct message on instagram @gicreates216

 

Q: I seen a product on social media, thats not listed on either website. How can I order? 

A: Specific or unique custom items can be ordered by directly contacting the seller via email or social media

 

Q: What if I accidently typed the wrong address for delivery?

A: IF your order has not been shipped yet, please reach out ASAP for it to be updated. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately it would not be able to be changed at that time, nor would the shipping process be able to be interrupted. 

 

Q: If I don't like my product can I have a refund? 

A: No refunds are given unless there was an error on my part such as sending the wrong product.

 

Q: Can i bulk order more than 50 lighters? 

A: Yes! Please reach out via email or social media for bulk orders.

 

Q: What if I want multiple custom treats? 

A: Place an order for the number of treats TOTAL (i.e. A dozen custom chips and a dozen custom rice krispies would be 24). The specification of treats will be discussed along with your desired design.
